OUR TRAINERS.

Founder and head trainer, Joshua Clark, opened SOLO after returning home from 12 years as one of London’s leading personal trainers. Joshua’s clientele ranged from bankers and business leaders to The Royal Family and London’s elite. He has held specialist positions such as head trainer for TAG Heuer’s London Marathon Team and contributing writer to GQ Magazine. 

Joshua hand picks all of SOLO’s trainers, ensuring they are the best in the industry and have something unique to offer.

  • ONE ON ONE.

    One on one coaching from our industry leading trainers. You will learn how to exercise correctly and most efficiently for your body type while getting stronger, leaner and fitter. Our expert trainers ensure the highest level of professionalism, training and service from start to finish.

    A completely private experience, when you are working out it will just be you and your trainer.

  • SEMI PRIVATE.

    Semi Private personal training gives you all the benefits of one on one but in a small group environment.

    Train with one or two friends and enjoy private workouts, fully tailored to each of your needs at a more affordable price.

    If you value privacy and group classes aren’t for you, Semi Private personal training is your solution.

  • PRE & POSTNATAL.

    Every pregnancy is different, some women can workout right up until birth whereas others need to ease back on their training.

    We believe women are powerful and don’t need to be wrapped in cotton wool, instead, we work closely with our clients to create bespoke programmes tailored precisely to their individual body and needs. We aim to help our clients feel strong and confident before, during and after pregnancy.

  • REHABILITATION.

    Our trainers have over 10 years experience in rehabilitation, specialising in knee injuries. We work with Auckland's leading medical practitioners to provide the best advice, training and support to get you back on your feet and enjoying the things you love.

    Our clients range from sporting professionals to people thinking about joint replacements, to people with general wear and tear. We often help with post operation recovery and the reversal of general pain.
